For The RealReal’s 2026 TRR Elite Club, we secured the newly built 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay—an isolated, nature-driven destination that aligned perfectly with the program’s tone of exclusivity, renewal, and elevated recognition.
Given Kauai’s remote location, we conducted detailed flight analysis to ensure travel times remained reasonable for guests arriving from multiple regions. We also assessed the risks of a brand-new property, proactively mitigating potential operational and opening-stage challenges. From sourcing through contracting, we managed every step to deliver on both program goals and property requirements.

The RealReal, Inc. created the TRR Elite Club as a recognition program for top performers. For the 2026 program, they wanted a destination that felt exclusive and appropriate for a top-performer recognition program. Hawaii stood out as the right fit for the experience they had in mind.
