We supported Reddit through the Cannes Lions Festival with hands-on housing, transportation, and onsite coordination designed to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-changing environment. By managing logistics in real time and serving as a steady extension of the internal team, we helped create a calm operational foundation for a high-visibility brand presence.
Project Overview
Cannes Lions is one of the most demanding event environments in the world, where plans shift quickly and execution needs to keep pace. For Reddit, the festival required close coordination across accommodations, transportation, attendee movements, and onsite support.
We partnered with the team to provide both pre-event planning and live operational support, helping manage the details behind the scenes so Reddit could stay focused on programming, partnerships, and brand presence throughout the festival.
The Challenge
An event like Cannes Lions requires constant coordination across multiple moving parts. Travel plans change, arrivals come in waves, and housing and transportation details need to stay accurate in real time.
The challenge was to maintain clear, responsive operations across vendors, attendee logistics, and onsite activity in an environment where timing and precision matter.
How We Helped
We provided both off-site planning support and onsite execution throughout the festival.
Before arrivals began, we helped prepare for a smooth start by coordinating accommodations, transportation, and attendee tracking. Once the event was live, we stayed closely involved day to day, managing rooming details, overseeing airport transfers and transportation flow, and resolving last-minute changes as they came up.
